  • Drink  Ginger Tea and Peppermint    when you feel  headache.
  • Rub with Ice cube on your forehead.
  • Drink apple cider vinegar with glass of water.
  • Limit intake of caffeine, especially for migraine.

  • Reduce sodium in your diet.
  • Avoid stress triggers.
  • Regular physical activity such as 150 minutes a week or 30 mins.
